Hello. I’m Paul Eulalia.

CREATIVE & ART DIRECTOR
Senior-Level Designer, Creator, Developer, Producer
Identity, Multimedia Visual & Written Content, Tangible & Digital Products (UI/UX,SaaS)
MULTICHANNEL MARKETING, OUTREACH, AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS for PRIVATE & PUBLIC SECTORS

In retrospect, my 27-year career in creatives has transformed me into a social worker for both private and public sectors. I’m proud to have designed and produced multimedia visual communications campaigns that continue to make a difference.

I am a designer and creator of legacies.

My work across diverse industries has allowed me to develop rare skills and instincts, honed through decades of professional experience. Working with organizations like the San Francisco Department of Public Health, UCSF, GLBT Historical Museum & Archives, and Q Foundation has taught me that true success is measured by the lives positively impacted by footprints our efforts create.

By infusing the spirit of social work and my family values into Silicon Valley, Corporate America, and Main Street, my employers have achieved success beyond their expectations. My deliverables as Creative Lead at ZPE Systems® were pivotal to its transition from mature startup status into Legrand®’s datacenter hardware & software arm via an acquisition in January 2024. As the Brand & Marketing Consultant for Lark Restaurant and Blind Butcher, jobs were kept through the pandemic as they survived to become today’s household names in SF’s Castro District. Behno and Cooper & Kid continue to grow with my 2014 Brand Guide still intact.

Inspired by my mother, a trailblazer in tech and a generous philanthropist, I seek new opportunities to create impactful, ambitious projects. After a period of personal reflection and growth, I’m eager to embark on new ventures that make a significant difference.

I have more success tales to share with you. Let’s explore the many possibilities we can create together. Talk to me.

WALK TO END HOMELESSNESS
SAN FRANCISCO (2018)

A successful multi-million-dollar fundraising event awaits the organization that can follow through the proof of concept I and Q Foundation’s Founder & Director created. Despite the pandemic’s impact to housing advocacy non-profits being acquired by the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development, the commitments we earned with communities and Corporate America reportedly remains revivable. As the leader of a humble talented team, our mission addresses homelessness locally and beyond as a disease that can be cured with the persistence of its participants.

Picture it. Manila. 1997.

I was an engineering sophomore who spent way more time at the university paper headquarters because I’d rather draw editorial cartoons, write features, and cover the news. Then one day, I stumbled upon this Adobe Photoshop and Pagemaker thing from a contractor who was prepping our newspaper for press. I was fascinated at how these new thing-a-ma-jigs worked like paintbrush to a canvas. I since switched my major to Communications and the rest is history. Self-taught with mentors along the way, I am honored and privileged to have excelled in the creative field and served small businesses, organizations, and advocacies in more than two decades.

I’ve always been fascinated by the smell of paper and how pictures, colors, and letters dance on textured pages.

I work with my brothers often with projects that require their expertise. Eric (left) is a software & web developer. I commission Rich (center) for original art, his genre being digital surrealism. Mom, well…she does our finances.

I love working with Paul Eulalia because of his mix of intense creativity coupled with his technical mastery. Time and again, he has taken my breath away with his ability to bring out the best in my company with his visuals. His graphics have made us the envy of our industry. I’ve also been impressed (and often saved) by his ability to work very, very fast.

Paul has been a joy to work with beyond expectations. He managed to turn a few loose ideas into works of art.

I’ve worked closely with Paul on numerous projects with two community organizations spanning more than ten years. He was personally responsible for rebranding both organizations through design of fundraising and communications graphics. He has an unerring eye for composition and works very quickly to understand his clients’ needs, deftly translating this into stunning imagery, and even making helpful suggestions around text. Paul also brings expertise around online publishing, merchandise, print and sales portals, all of which have been very helpful to me. But his graphic design work has an unmistakable pop. He’s worth his weight in gold.

Let’s discover many things in common.
